Ho, Ho, Ho

Here we go

In case you didn’t know

We are in our eleventh year in a row

In April there was no doubt

We didn’t need a recount

Brenda was not just a resident

Now she is a vice president

It was in New York

That I popped the cork

I gazed into the eyes of my dear

And celebrated our tenth wedding year

Ron Jon’s in Cocoa beach was the spot

And after we were done we were shot

Zac and Jeff found the right turf

As they tried their new moves in the surf

Little Miss Muffett sat on her tuffett

Guess what? We saw Jimmy Buffett

Before the concert we got a case

Of little critters we were going to baste

Before we could have a taste

Zac officiated the lobster race

The lobsters did not have a sense of pace

The one that moved won the race

Next we set a pot of water on simmer

Then we ate the winner for dinner

Zac did his best

In each tae kwon do test

He did not melt

So he is now a purple and white belt

Zac is kind of quirky

And goes to Berkeley

The school is Brenda’s alumna Mater

Or we would not have even bothered

Just yesterday Zac was in the pool

Now he attends where he will go to high school

When Zac asked I almost had a bad fall

High school football was his call

Yea Jeff went

Zac was not bent

Or should I say it was OK

Of course he is just in preK

How ‘bout Baby Susan

Soon she will be Cruisin

She is not Jeff’s natural born Daughter

But he is her Godfather

Shorts and t-shirts are now Jeff’s attire

Now that he left Z-Tel and is semi-retired

He thought it was a reward

But he is already bored

Zac’s nanny Joan thinks he is smart

With Zac in school it was time to depart

It was not everyone’s desire

It was just time for her to retire

Brenda’s Mom’s computer came with sound blaster

Now she is hooked up to Napster

The neighborhood all quivered

As she played John Denver

Our family would not be caught in a morgue
